Occasionally things go wrong. We understand how frustrating it can be when you are looking forward to relaxing in your Hot Tub / Swim Spa / Sauna / Steam Room / Covana and its not working right. Call us, sometimes we can help you over the telephone for FREE! If not then our Certified Hot Tub Engineers can help get you back up and running as soon as possible.

We always talk about your options with repair and show you where the issues are. We are open and honest as this is a large part of our business ethics.

Our call out charges are as follows, all mileage calculate from our base (B945JU)

Within 20 miles, first hour on site £105 (inc. VAT)

Within 35 miles, first hour on site £140 (inc. VAT)

Within 50 miles, first hour on site £190 (inc. VAT)

Additional labour, all areas, £75 (inc. VAT)

Should you wish for us to just provide the parts we can help with this too.

We only use genuine parts where possible and again will discuss options with you so you can make informed cost decisions. All parts are new and therefore carry a 12 month warranty (unless specifically explained otherwise). Labour for changing a part under warranty is still chargeable, however parts, providing that they have not failed due to misuse, lack of servicing or incorrect water chemistry, are not chargeable.
