Hot Tub and Swim Spa ownership is a joy and promotes relaxation and wellbeing. An important part of keeping your Hot Tub / Swim Spa in good condition is regularly looking after your investment. This includes

* Water changes, recommended every 3-4 months or when the TDS become too high

* Cleaning the pipework to prevent the growth of bio film (bacteria are allowed to multiply under the biofilm and eventually make their way into your spa water).

* Cleaning the hot tub shell, outside, cover, headrests, filter housing etc..

* Cleaning the filters, filter are vital in keeping your water clear and fresh.

* Inspection of the heater for scale, inspection of the pipes and unions for leaks, inspection of the electrics.

By taking care of your investment you ensure that the bathers enjoying the tub are risk free from harmful health issues, and it will look after your Hot Tub and help prolong its life.

We know that not everyone has the time, desire or knowledge to do this which is why we have developed our Bronze, Silver and Gold Service packages to help you look after your Hot Tub without taking up your valuable time.

Our packages are,

Bronze - Bio flush, empty, clean, refill, balance water with your chemicals.

Silver - as Bronze plus remove headrests and clean, removes jets -inspect and clean, clean and protect the cover, clean or replace filter (additional cost if replacement filter required).

Gold - as Silver plus inspect the heater for scale, inspect the wiring and look for leaks.

Hibernation - as Bronze plus clean or replace filter (additional cost if replacement filter required), plus empty, clean, rinse down, and vacuum out the spa including inside the inspection panel.
